LOVED the wide breakfast selection, but service could be better. Would stay again! Photos don't do justice to the room size.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and special stay. the charming and inviting common spaces, along with the free jazzy music in the lounge, added a delightful touch to the overall ambiance. While the lack of a channel guide for the cryptic TV programming was a minor inconvenience, the overall experience was still top-notch.

It was overall clean, the staff was best, plus the service was excellent! The attached restaurant in lobby was the best part.

The wine bar was cozy & the cocktails hit the spot. Rooms felt like a private oasis. The location was spot-on for exploring the city's icons. The diverse attractions nearby kept me busy. Plus, the hotel's commitment to using local ingredients was impressive. Can't wait to Spring Break in the Upper West Side! Cheers to a great stay!

Despite the AC issue and noise, the stylish rooms and central location were wins. The friendly staff and vibrant atmosphere were highlights, even if the rooftop terrace and pool were missed opportunities. Overall, a pleasant base for exploring Manhattan.

The room, although not huge, was a decent size with a comfortable bed, and the location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from the subway and close to central park and lots of great restaurants around. I loved the beautiful lobby and bar area, and the room was quite clean and cozy. The only hiccup was that the curtains in my room didn't work properly and it took a few tries to get it fixed. 🌟

I liked spending my time in this clean beautiful boutique hotel. The venue had a great bar and a nice restaurant.

Staying at Arthouse allowed me to easily visit the iconic landmarks I wanted. The Arthouse Bar offers perfect cocktails for casual meetings, and the 16th floor Park Terrace provides a lovely outdoor space with glimpses of Central Park.

The lobby had a cool industrial vibe, our room was spacious and modern, staff was friendly, and the location was great. The two terraces in our penthouse suite were a highlight, and the bed was comfy. The nearby landmarks like Central Park and Guggenheim Museum added to our family bonding experience. The relaxation facilities and proximity to entertainment venues were convenient for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.

I always return for the warm welcome. Staff solved my room issue at midnight once. The place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and non-smoking property. Can't wait to come back for Christmas.

Attending a leadership summit, I appreciated the casual meetings with colleagues in the cozy lobby while sipping one of the signature cocktails, like the Broadway Tango, Smokin' Herbs, and the After Dark. The ambiance was perfect for relaxed discussions and networking, adding a touch of sophistication to our interactions.

One service that would have been helpful for my work would have been a dedicated business center with private meeting spaces for confidential discussions.

The location. The style of the hotel . Cleanliness . The hotel's small bar . The luggage service on the last day. The possibility to use a computer with internet connection and a printer, useful to print out the entrance tickets to the attractions.

The tiny bathroom. A small fridge in the bedroom would be a plus. The roof top, which isn't really a roof top...

Some confusion with amenities, but the coffee bar and chic common areas were highlights. The location suited my event needs, though parking was pricey for compact cars. Staff were warm, friendly, and helpful despite minor hiccups like surprise fees and a lack of upfront information. The breakfast spread was great, but communication mishaps impacted the overall experience.

First night in a much smaller room than the junior suite originally planned. Missing a fridge in the rooms. Noise on the 4th floor for the first night.

The perfect location near Central Park made it easy to visit the beautiful Frick Collection. The creative team's expertise and use of technology for security were impressive. The Arthouse Cafe's freshly-baked Kosher pastry was a delightful treat, and the Arthouse Bar's signature cocktails were fantastic.

Shelves needed instead of dressers.

The lobby bar and "living room" area are stylish and great for meeting up with friends or working on a laptop. The staff, especially the tall African American concierge, were extremely helpful and friendly. The cleaning lady was efficient and always had a smile on her face. The bed in the room was the best we've ever had in a hotel.

Felt well taken care of, no complaints.

The hotel was in a very nice neighborhood, close to the subway, and within walking distance of lots of restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were well maintained. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, even going out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable.

The room was so spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had a roll-in shower with grab bars and a detachable handheld showerhead. It made me feel really relaxed and at ease, just like home.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the tub with a removable tub-seat, but I know some people might actually like that feature.

Comfiest bed in a long time! the room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. Key location, close to subway station and bus routes. It was convenient to have easy access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Stunning views of the Hudson river. the panoramic deluxe room on the 14th floor had a large terrace with a beautiful distant view of the river.

Unexpected resort tax. the additional $35 per night added at the end was a surprise and seemed excessive, especially when already paying a fair amount for the room.

The Arthouse Bar was like a blast from the past - we felt like we were at a swanky speakeasy straight out of the 1920s. The music and the drinks were lit, and the atmosphere was totally vibing. We also hit up Harlem for some live music that was fire! The hotel's location was perfect for us young party-goers, and the staff made us feel like VIPs. It was all just so posh and fun!

If there was one thing we could ask for, it would be more late-night entertainment options near the hotel. We just wanted even more places to keep the party going late into the night!

I have never seen such tiny elevators in my life. It was like playing a game of human Tetris every time I wanted to go anywhere.

Our stay at the ArtHouse Hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to subway stations and bus routes. We enjoyed visiting nearby restaurants and shops, especially Zabar's deli & bakery. The room was quiet and comfortable, and everything worked well. We loved being within walking distance of the NY Historical Society and Central Park, and the easy bus ride to Rockefeller Center was a bonus. The hotel lobby had a great vibe, with live music and a convenient bakery/coffee kiosk.

We loved the comfortable and quiet room, the lobby's classy and comfortable library sitting area, and the convenient amenities. the location was great for families, close to attractions and the subway. the doorman and concierge were helpful, making our stay easy and comfortable.
